Stephen Hendry produced one final moment of brilliance at the 2012 World Snooker Championship, making a maximum 147 break against Stuart Bingham in the second round at the Crucible. It was the 11th official maximum of his career and proved to be the last 147 before his retirement from professional snooker following his quarter-final defeat later in the tournament.
